A quote that César Chávez made famous during a farmers protest in 1962. Chávez was a individual that believed that even the lowest of the social class should have pride and dignity in themselves. Growing up with the hardships of his family being farmers, he sought to make living conditions better for farmers. Chávez was seen as crazy and intolerant for this, but he never gave up and succeeded in his goal. César Chávez has been and will be remembered as a hero.
